SHERIDES CLINIC

 June 21-23, 2024

SheRides Women’s Mountain Bike Weekend hosted by Superior Cycling Association is an immersive mountain biking experience for women combining skills training, SHREDucation, food, wine, and yoga in Lutsen, MN, and YOU ARE INVITED!

The weekend starts off at North Shore Winery, where you will get checked in, pick up your t-shirt and swag bag, and meet other participants and the coaches. Pro mechanic Casey Wytaske, along with our coaches, will be onsite to do bike checks, so bring your bike if you’d like it checked out before the weekend of riding. After some wine or cider, head over to Caribou Highlands for live music to celebrate the summer solstice.

Saturday starts off with a light breakfast (included), and then we will split up into assigned groups (based on your skill level and experience) where you will receive professional instruction by certified mountain bike coaches to enhance your mountain bike skills—no matter the level of riding you are currently at.

After lunch (provided), we’ll head out on the trails to apply your morning skills. You’ll have a little down time to get ready for the evening once the afternoon session is wrapped up.

Saturday evening includes a catered dinner at Caribou Highlands, followed by an optional interactive “Fix Your Own Shift” bike maintenance clinic. Led by Casey, the clinic will teach you how the derailleur works and how to identify shifting issues and resolve them on your own.

Start your Sunday morning off with a 30-minute yoga session with yoga instructor Mindy Bichel, where you’ll have the opportunity to stretch and do breathwork before breakfast. Then we’ll have a light breakfast and spend the rest of the morning riding! We’ll rejoin for a closing ceremony and raffle from our incredible sponsors.
